Activity centre screengrabMake use of’s Activity Centre which allows you to log and track your daily running sessions along with other cross-training exercises such as swimming, cycling, walking and gym workouts. You can record time spent exercising, the distance covered, plus any notes you want to make about the session. All activities logged in your activity centre are saved in easy-to-view tables and plotted on activity charts, so over time you can monitor exactly how you are progressing. You can also set personal challenges; choose a goal, date you want to achieve it, and this goal will appear on your challenge panel with a countdown clock ticking away the weeks, hours and minutes to your chosen target.
